Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery.

Shipping Times

• Domestic Orders: 3–7 business days
• International Orders: 7–21 business days

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will review the issue and work to resolve it promptly.

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages.
